Bidusi had studied Spanish language from Ramkrishna Mission Institute of Culture, Kolkata. She started translating Spanish literature from her student life. She left corporate job to work as a fulltime translator. Now she is working at Anusha Publishing as office secretary, editor and translator. She is also an executive member of Los Hispanófilos, a Kolkata based centre for research and translation.
