
(Mexico, DF 1943) Mexican historian and biographer, he is currently the President Emeritus of the Latin American Academy of Modern Literature, President of the Academic Society of Ibero-American Historians, General Director of Editorial Sagitario, and Founder Coordinator of the World Academy of Literature, History, Art and culture. He has promoted and financed more than two hundred Ibero-American writers. His personal literary production now reaches 37 published works and ten in process. He also coordinates the Ibero-American Encyclopedia of Historiographic Work. He was President of the Mexican Academy of Modern Literature from 2000 to 2011 and the Latin American Academy of Modern Literature from 2011 to 2015. He is currently the General Coordinator of the World Directory of Literature, History, Art and Culture, which brings together writers, researchers, teachers, journalists, writers and members of the various branches of art. He is founder of the Academic Society of Historians; the Mexican Society of Collectors in Old Books and Editorial Sagitario, an organization that began its functions in 1996. He has been awarded with 42 international awards and recognitions.
