M. Shahinoor Rahman is an academic and Pro-Vice Chancellor at Islamic University, Kushtia, Bangladesh. Dr. Rahman did has Masters from Indiana University, Bloomington, USA. Professor Rahman has written a number of books and more than 60 articles on numerous topics. Besides, he is regularly contributing articles on different topics to the research journals and participating in different conferences at home and abroad.
