Shahadat Hossain Azad, Professor, Department of English, Islamic University Bangladesh. His area of research was Postcolonial Indian Feminism & Applied Linguistics. Dr. Azad has published a renouned research book on Feminist Literary Criticism entitled “Postcolonial Feminism: Anita Desai and Selected Indian Woman Authors in English”. He has also published 20 research articles on literature and language in various prestigious journals at home and abroad. Dr. Azad is a young scholar of the Department of English who has been continuously investing his efforts for research and creative thinking for excelerating his position. He has also presentaed a very good number of scholarly papers in international seminars and workshops in India, Thailand and Nepal. Besides, he delivered lectures in international forums like Herso.org, India, APriGF, Asia etc. Professor Azad has been working for the internationalization of Islamic University Bangladesh since 2018 as the head of International Student Affairs office.
